The University of Washington’s School of Dentistry, located in the B-Wing of the Magnuson Health Sciences Center, recently completed a 2,600 sq. ft. renovation, featuring the installation of four new dental simulation desks for dental students. This tenant improvement project was completed in Q1 2025.
Teknon collaborated closely with the general contractor and University of Washington staff to ensure the project was executed smoothly with minimal disruption to hospital operations. The scope of work included installing a new electrical panel, removing and reinstalling existing light fixtures, and providing power to the new simulation desks, enhancing the learning experience for dental students.
