Teknon played a pivotal role in the development of an office campus featuring three 37-story office buildings, each boasting performance-based seismic design and occupying separate blocks. These structures, each spanning approximately 106,838 m² (1.15 million ft²), were strategically situated on a vast podium that interconnected low-rise office structures and incorporated six levels of below-grade parking. Additionally, the project encompassed a 2,000-seat auditorium and iconic “Spheres” – three intersecting glass-and-steel structures totaling 6,038 m² (65,000 ft²).
In 2019, Teknon successfully executed the installation of the Structured Cabling System, Sound Masking, as well as Emergency Responder and Cell DAS systems for all buildings, contributing to the seamless functionality and technological sophistication of the entire development.
