In addition to our portfolio of achievements, Teknon Infrastructure Services successfully executed a comprehensive 105,000 sq. ft. Tenant Improvement project for the Issaquah School District Administrative Building. This intricate project unfolded in two carefully orchestrated phases, with the added challenge of the building remaining fully occupied throughout the entire construction schedule. The $3.8 million electrical project demanded meticulous coordination to ensure the safety of the staff and the seamless completion of the endeavor.
The 4-story administrative building, spanning over 105,000 sq. ft., not only accommodates district staff from the former Holly Street Administration Center but also integrates personnel previously stationed at the May Valley Service Center. This consolidation of staff within the modern and efficiently designed space enhances operational synergy and reflects Teknon’s commitment to delivering complex projects with precision and consideration for the unique requirements of our clients.
